The AI summary service uses dedicated AWS-hosted AI models that analyze only your existing weekly report data. The summary helps simplify the weekly sales email figures and provides key insights at a glance.
How to enable
You can enable the AI summary for your organization's weekly emails by toggling it in Settings>Organization Profile
Summary in the weekly email
Once toggled on, an Executive Summary section will be added in the emails the organization admins get weekly on Mondays. this will be sections into three: Highlights, Concerns, and Recommended Action.
Highlights - Notable changes in sales velocity including deal creation and win rates
Concerns - Negative changes in sales activity including drops in average conversion time and increase in deals past their closed dates.
Recommended actions - Suggested items for review or actions to do in your CRM
