Spread Automatically from your CRM

Automatically split deal values across multiple months using a custom deal field in your CRM. Follow our Automatic deal spreading article for further information.

Prorata Off: Recommended for business selling fixed monthly licences or retainers where deals are straight-lined or spread evenly across months.

Prorata On: Recommended for business with variable first and last month billing where deals are based on the number of days within the first and last month of active subscription. Months are computed on a 30-day basis.

Note, even when deals are automatically spread, manual adjustments can still be made from the Pipeline grid page.
