The Pipeline Performance page allows users to drill-down into the performance of different teams and clients. Targets can be set at a Client, Owner (sales rep) and business level giving complete flexibility to monitor team performance.

How it works

  1. Targets - targets can be set at a Client, Owner (sales rep) and business level. Find out how to add targets.

  2. Charts - each chart include full (unweighted) pipeline values. Won deals are shown in blue. Open deals are shown orange/yellow. When "Show stages" is turned on, each stage is shaded in different variant of the same primary colours. The stages are stacked in reverse order, with the lower probability stages on top.

  3. Filters  - by default the page shows all pipeline values for the Current Fiscal Year, but users can drill down into data by applying filters at the top of the page. Filters apply to all charts on the page. Note, with the Client/Owner filters users can multi-select to view performance of groups of Clients/Owners.

Chart 1 - Monthly Pipeline Performance

The first chart shows the total monthly pipeline. Turn on "Show stages" to understand pipeline coverage at each stage. Use the Client/Owner filters to drill into performance of particular teams - both the targets and pipeline will adjust for any filters applied.

Chart 2 - Pipeline by client

This chart shows the same data as chart 1, but broken down by the top 10 clients for the period selected.  Again turn on "Show stages" to understand pipeline coverage at each stage or use the Client/Owner filters to drill into performance of particular teams.

Chart 3 - Pipeline by owner

This chart shows the same data as chart 1, but broken down by the top 10 owners (sales reps) for the period selected.  Again turn on "Show stages" to understand pipeline coverage at each stage or use the Client/Owner filters to drill into performance of particular teams.
